I tried this about a year ago and had a really good burger and fries. Tried it again today, and everything, but the coke was awful. Start with the ordering. There is a kiosk to order, but it was being used. The lady at the counter just stared at me and never offered to take my order. Ordering via the kiosk was simple, however, they ask for your name and it said they would call your name when your order is ready. The kiosk also did not provide a receipt. After waiting for 10-12 minutes, they kept calling order numbers. I eventually told the guy that was filling orders that I wasn’t given a receipt. He asked “what is your order number and I replied “I don’t know” . I told him my name and he says “I have your order right here” (it had been sitting there for a good 8 minutes). He continued to process other orders. I eventually went to the register, By this time the worthless female was gone and a male was there. I explained I was not given the receipt and he asked “what is your order number”. After giving him my name he gave me my receipt. I had to tell him that I ordered a Coke and then he went and got my drink. All in all, it took more than 20 minutes to get my food, which was cold and not tasteful. I would say avoid this place at all costs.
This was a small shop in Chicago O'hare airport, right outside my gate. I was rushing between flights and happy there was a place nearby to purchase food. My server was Crystal. She was friendly and very patient. (I'm a picky eater) I ordered a Cali Wrap and it came out perfect! It was flavorful and a very good portion size. Since was fly/drive time was 6.5 hours, it had to sustain me. Crystal remained calm since I was very stressed out and could possibly be management material. I would give this place a try!
